1. "Is there any way I can find out who has viewed my resume?"
There are two ways someone can access the E-Résumé Database ...
- A "Registered Employer" logs in
- A "guest user" logs in
A "Registered Employer" is an individual who has proven themselves to TVJobs.com to be a person in a hiring or supervisory position at their organization.
If you have an annual subscription E-Résumé and your E-Résumé was viewed by a "Registered Employer"
you will receive e-mail notification from us telling you what market the Registered Employer is in.
If your E-Résumé was viewed by a
guest user, the e-mail will simply tell you that your E-Résumé was viewed by a guest visitor.
2. "How do I update my resume?"
To update your resume, login
to your account, and click on "Update your Résumé"
3. "How do I change my E-Mail address?"
To change your e-mail address, login
to your account, and click on "Update your Account Information"
4. "Someone has viewed my resume, but I don't know how to access my account to see
who it was ..."
To access your account, login at the Job Seeker Login Area
and click on "Your Résumé has been viewed from these markets"
Notes:
- If you have a FREE 1-Month E-Résumé, you will not be able to see from which market your E-Résumé was viewed in.
- If you have a SUBSCRIPTION 1-Year E-Résumé, you will only be able to see from which market the "hit" was from and only if the "hit' was generated by a Registered Employer.
5. "I've forgotten my username and password ... what do I do?"
If you can't remember your username or password, use your e-mail address to login.
You will be presented with your "challenge question".
6. "Ooops, I've also forgotten the reply to my challenge question. What do I do ... sorry!"
If you can't remember your reply to your "challenge question" you can have your login credentials automatically sent to your e-email address.
7. "How do I change my username and password?"
To change your username and/or password, login
to your account, and click on "Update your Account Information"
8. "How do I upgrade my E-Résumé from a free account to an annual subscription account?"
To upgrade your E-Résumé, login
to your account, and click on "Upgrade your Resume"
9. "I posted my resume here a while ago, but I can no longer find it ... what happened?"
In the event that the e-mail address displayed on your E-Résumé becomes invalid,
and we begin receiving your undelivered mail and/or messages, we may at our discretion, remove your "Free" E-Résumé from the database.
Please keep your e-mail address current.
If you need a long-term e-mail address, please obtain a free e-mail address from Hotmail or
Yahoo!.
